Mind does not carry thoughts as the ocean does not

What about the mind? As we have

its nature and unity.
Mind does not possess thoughts. Mind does not carry any thoughts around.
Mind is only movement! When we realize this, we will have reached the

is not carrying anything, like the ocean does not carry a single wave,
the clay does not carry any pots, the sun does not carry any rays, the
handle and iron do not carry any hammers, the body does not carry the
head, the shoulders or the legs..So, where is the effort?
